सीआरपीएफ (Central Reserve Police Force) के रैंक और भर्ती प्रक्रिया को समझते हैं। ध्यान रहे कि CRPF एक अर्धसैनिक बल है, इसलिए इसकी रैंक संरचना सेना से थोड़ी अलग होती है।

CRPF रैंक संरचना (High to Low)

1. Director General (DG) – निदेशक जनरल

  • CRPF का सबसे उच्च पद
  • चार सितारा रैंक (Equivalent to Army Lieutenant General)
  • जिम्मेदारी: पूरी बल की कमान, नीति और संचालन

2. Special DG / Additional DG – विशेष/अतिरिक्त निदेशक जनरल

  • तीन सितारा रैंक
  • विभिन्न Commands या Zones का नेतृत्व

3. Inspector General (IG) – पुलिस महानिरीक्षक

  • दो सितारा रैंक
  • Range / Sector का नेतृत्व
  • जिम्मेदारी: ऑपरेशन, सुरक्षा और प्रशासन

4. Deputy IG (DIG) – उप पुलिस महानिरीक्षक

  • Range या Battalion का नेतृत्व
  • IG के अधीन

5. Commandant – कमांडेंट

  • Battalion या Unit का प्रमुख
  • लगभग 1,000–1,500 जवानों की जिम्मेदारी

6. Second-in-Command (Dy. Commandant) – उप कमांडेंट

  • Commandant के अधीन Unit का नेतृत्व
  • Operations और Administration में मदद

7. Assistant Commandant (AC) – सहायक कमांडेंट

  • Unit या Company का प्रमुख
  • ट्रेनिंग, ऑपरेशन और Discipline में जिम्मेदारी

8. Subedar / Inspector – सूबेदार / इंस्पेक्टर

  • JCO equivalent
  • Platoon / Squad का नेतृत्व

9. Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) – सहायक उप निरीक्षक

  • Small Group का नेतृत्व
  • Patrol और Investigation

10. Head Constable – प्रधान कांस्टेबल

  • Senior Non-Commissioned Officer
  • Squad का नेतृत्व, Training और Discipline में मदद

11. Constable – कांस्टेबल

  • CRPF का मूल सैनिक
  • सामान्य सुरक्षा, Patrolling, और Law & Order Operations

CRPF भर्ती प्रक्रिया

1. Officers (Assistant Commandant / AC)

  • Entry through UPSC CAPF Exam (Central Armed Police Forces Exam)
  • योग्यता: Graduate (Male & Female)
  • आयु: 20–25 साल (जैसे UPSC CAPF notification में)
  • प्रक्रिया:
    • Written Exam (General Studies, Reasoning, English)
    • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
    • Medical Examination
    • Interview / Viva

2. Subordinate Officers / JCO Equivalent

  • Promotion from Constables / Head Constables
  • Departmental exams और अनुभव के आधार पर

3. Constables / Head Constables

  • Direct Recruitment through CRPF Recruitment Notification
  • योग्यता: 10th / 12th pass (post dependent)
  • आयु: 18–23 साल (अनुमति अनुसार)
  • प्रक्रिया:
    • Physical Test: दौड़, ऊँचाई, वजन, Physical Fitness
    • Medical Test
    • Written / Trade Test: General Knowledge, Maths, English

💡 नोट:

  • CRPF में कई Specialized Units हैं:
    • CoBRA (Anti-Naxal), Rapid Action Force, Armed Battalions
  • इनका Physical और Tactical Training और अधिक कठोर होता है।

PAC 

PAC (Provincial Armed Constabulary / उत्तर प्रदेश सशस्त्र पुलिस बल) के रैंक और भर्ती प्रक्रिया को विस्तार से समझते हैं। ध्यान दें कि PAC एक राज्यस्तरीय अर्धसैनिक बल है, इसलिए इसकी रैंक संरचना CRPF से मिलती-जुलती है लेकिन कुछ अंतर हैं।

PAC रैंक संरचना (High to Low)

1. Director General of Police (DGP) – पुलिस महानिदेशक

  • PAC का सबसे उच्च पद (राज्य स्तर पर)
  • पूरे PAC और राज्य पुलिस बल की निगरानी और नेतृत्व

2. Additional Director General (ADG) – अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक

  • वरिष्ठ अधिकारी
  • State Headquarters या Special Units का नेतृत्व

3. Inspector General (IG) – पुलिस महानिरीक्षक

  • Sector / Range / Zone का प्रमुख
  • Operational और Administrative जिम्मेदारी

4. Deputy Inspector General (DIG) – उप पुलिस महानिरीक्षक

  • IG के अधीन Sector / Battalion का नेतृत्व

5. Commandant – कमांडेंट

  • Battalion का प्रमुख
  • लगभग 800–1,500 जवानों की जिम्मेदारी

  • Battalion या Unit के Operations में Commandant की सहायता

  • Unit / Company का प्रमुख

💡 नोट:

  • PAC मुख्यतः Riot Control, Law & Order, Anti-Terror, और State Security Operations के लिए होता है।
  • Physical और Tactical Training बहुत कठोर होती है, खासकर Riot Control और Armed Operations में।

BSF

अब हम BSF (Border Security Force) के रैंक और भर्ती प्रक्रिया को विस्तार से समझते हैं। BSF भी एक अर्धसैनिक केंद्रीय बल है, जो मुख्यतः भारत की सीमाओं की सुरक्षा करता है।

BSF रैंक संरचना (High to Low)

1. Director General (DG) – निदेशक जनरल

  • BSF का सबसे उच्च पद
  • पूरे बल का नेतृत्व और संचालन की जिम्मेदारी
  • चार सितारा रैंक

💡 नोट:

  • BSF मुख्य रूप से Border Security, Anti-Smuggling, Anti-Infiltration और Law & Order Operations में लगा होता है।
  • Border Areas के कारण Physical और Tactical Training और कठोर होती है।
